28.07.2009 Simplified access to secure services

The current version of the sdi.suite securityManager produced by con terra GmbH permits access to secure services from ArcGIS and other applications, and is now available in a simplified form. New functions allow services which are protected against unauthorised access by securityManager to be invoked in ArcGIS once the user has successfully logged on to the system. The condition is that the user authenticates himself via the internal ArcGIS login dialogue.

The 11th GSDI World Conference took place in Rotterdam in The Netherlands on June 15-16 2009. This was the third time that the conference was held in a European country.
