con terra currently employs 82 personnel, most of whom are university graduates from the fields of geoinformatics, information technology, mathematics, geosciences, landscape ecology and cartography.
con terra has a clearly organised structure, which enables efficient communication and coordination between the available personnel. A special skills team is put together for each individual project, to enable the company to meet the requirements of the customer at an optimum level.
All individuals carry their share of responsibility for the success of the project as a whole, based on each person's particular qualification and level of involvement. This is defined not only by the individual's technical and specialist knowledge but also by the his or her social skills.
